I have been teaching a wide variety of clients since qualifying as a personal trainer in 2002. Previous to that I had been working in the fitness industry as an exercise to music teacher teaching step, aerobics and toning classes.

Visiting clients in their own homes allows me to develop a good relationship with them and devise a suitable fitness regime for their needs, be it a new mum who wants to work towards their pre baby fitness or a husband and wife who want to work together to improve their health and well-being.

I like to teach a varied routine combining both cardiovascular and weight bearing exercise. I incorporate step, mini trampoline, boxing, kettlebell and various other pieces of equipment to tone and improve flexibility and stamina.

My aim is to make my clients feel comfortable and enjoy exercise. Making it an important part of their life and increasing their confidence within themselves.



Qualifying with Loughborough college in nutritional advice for weight management enables me to write a comprehensive plan for those wishing to make healthier choices with their diet. You will be asked to provide a food diary from which I can gather information and advise you on an eating plan that is tailored to you. This will be at a separate cost to the personal training.
